I’m glad you’ve made the decision to step out of your darkness — truly, that’s the hardest and most courageous step.
I know how painful that place can be because I’ve lived it.
Since childhood, my body has carried illness. At 24, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune neuromuscular disease with a grim prognosis. Over the years, I faced depression, a divorce, and deep financial struggle when I was no longer able to work. I was hospitalized countless times as my condition continued to deteriorate. Eventually, I lost the ability to eat, speak, and walk — until one day, my body gave out completely.
During a respiratory failure, while being resuscitated, I had a near-death experience that changed everything.
In that moment between worlds, I discovered an indescribable sense of freedom and love. Strangely, when I was lying there on life support — motionless, dependent on others — I felt more alive and powerful than ever before.
That was the beginning of my awakening — the moment my life turned from dying to thriving.
After many years of recovery and inner work, I now live a full, vibrant life in Florida — what I call my little piece of paradise. I’ve spent over 15 years learning, healing, and gathering the wisdom that I now share with others.
I believe that true healing begins when we have the courage to face our own darkness — our pain, fears, and hidden wounds. Only then can we uncover the light that was always there beneath it all.
As the clouds scatter, the sun can finally shine unhindered.
If we don’t face our shadow, it never disappears — it hides beneath the surface, waiting to break through the fragile layers of forced positivity. Healing isn’t about pretending everything is fine; it’s about meeting ourselves honestly, with compassion and courage.
If you’re ready to take responsibility for your life and your happiness — to face the dark, the messy, and the uncomfortable — I’m here to guide, support, and help you see clearly.
My mission is simple:
to bring light where there is darkness, to offer hope where it seems there is none.
I know the path because I’ve walked it. And if I can find peace and freedom after everything I’ve been through, I know you can too.
I look forward to walking this journey with you.
With light and truth,
Anna
