All sessions must be booked and paid in advance to reserve your time. Payment confirms your appointment.
- Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session will still end as planned.
- Missed sessions are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling or canceling is available up to 24 hours before your session. Changes made within 24 hours are non-refundable, but the payment can be applied toward a future booking.
- Same-day appointments may be available but must be confirmed in advance.
- Follow-up questions are addressed during booked sessions only.
