All appointments must be booked through the online calendar and paid in advance.
Step 1: Book your appointment through the online calendar:
- choose the available time slot
- fill out your information
- receive a confirmation email.
Step 2: Send payment via Venmo, Zelle, or CashApp.
Your appointment is confirmed only after both steps are completed.
Sending payment alone does not reserve a time slot.
Reservation made without payment will be cancelled after 24hrs.
- Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session will still end as planned.
- Missed sessions are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling or canceling is available up to 24 hours before your session. Changes made within 24 hours are non-refundable, but the payment can be applied toward a future booking.
- Same-day appointments may be available but must be confirmed in advance.
- Follow-up questions are addressed during booked sessions only.
